As we've got a few issues that many people are trying to get information on we've put together this quick-fix summary thread where hopefully you'll find a link to the answers you're looking for. Any updates or new resolves will be added to this thread so make sure you check back frequently to get the latest info!

Keys/Accounts

• - Promo code wont work? Read here!

  This is a known issue that is currently being investigated, when there is a fix to it we will update this post with the correct link.

I think the PC gaming community deserves a definitive answer on whether or not Crytek will include future Directx11 support for this game. Or at the least, an in-game menu that allows you to tweak graphic settings.

First time i was really disappointed by speed of shipping of my limited(not your guilt CryTek) But now i see this fact ; Later i have the game- More bugs will be fixed. So i could wait for more fixes and play Good Game
P.S. But i hope i'm dont need to download 500+ mb patches, need I?

this.. and you guys have no right to treat us like pile of horse shit when it comes to dx11.. u guys kept saying it supported dx11.. where is it? WHERE??????

I have a very high end computer and bought this game because they said it was going to be direct X 11. If they don't fix this I will return the game. Pc gamers made this game now the hell with us. It's all about console play. What a letdown!

Exactly! Is there going to be a dx 11 patch and if there is, when? I was about to buy the game right when the stores open until I found out about this disgrace..
And for the gods sake why did you release Crysis 2 as dx9 game? Whats the point? Insane.

This games is a huge dissapointment. Firstly, are you kidding me with Direct X 9. I dropped $50 because this was suppose to be DX 11 and there would be a patch right at release. Where is the DX 11 support, which we were all promised?!?! When is it coming out???? Also, the flickering problem with multi GPU's is a joke! The graphics on the character and vehicles is Playstation one caliber!!! This game reminds me of Fear 2 - a complete sellout to the console community!

Thats my biggest concern, Ive never owned a computer game that limited you to only 3 preset choices for graphics.... My comp can run the game fine by motion blur makes the game unbearable to play for more then about 10 minutes...

There are just a few working servers out there. The rest crashes on countdown(Just continue ticking after reaching "1".) or "the connection to the host was lost" during loading or simply wont even start the countdown..
