Me: So, is there any eta on the stat fix at all?

Them: I am sorry currently we don't have the ETA for that."

Damn, least they're working on it though.

I think I might have the same problem. I'm getting disconnected from the network and when I'm getting back on all my stats and promotions are gone?

I do hope they'll find a solution soon :)

I actually noticed just earlier that I was earning skill points on a server in my country. I was previously playing on international servers. Could just be a coincidence, all problems might be fixed now. But I'd suggest testing a server in your country... I'll reply again tomorrow when I load the game up again and see if my stats saved or not.

I've gotten rank 3, rank 2 on my own - as well as the rank 5 from the bonus content.. none of which actually stick. i keep finding myself reset to rank 1. so as of yet this isn't fixed. Hopefully once it's fixed i'll stick at rank 5 with my bonus stuff that i prep-paid for.. if not.. well at least i'll be able to rank up normally, lol

This game is starting to reminds me of the launch of Final Fantasy XIV, just problems after problems.

Unfortunately at customer support we can only help with issues with the game itself, You can however report this at the official forums, so that the game developers can take a note of it and investigate this further.

Total of 10 ranks gone on my side. Sweet. Dont release unfinished games, we are customers, no freakin beta testers. Hails to Blizzard, they may screw up some times, but at least they get their stuff running on release date.

i'm in asia and i dont have any multiplayer servers at all. i'm not the only one, been keping up with the facebook crysis page and it seems even europe has the same issues. we added each other on multiplayer but we cant even join any games. WHAT.THE>FART. not even the ones being hosted by us. WHAT>THE>FART

Totally agree. I feel like I've paid $60 to be a beta tester for a game that will be $30 by the time it's actually playable.

This is why devs that care about PC gamers do months of beta testing before release...

Maybe Blizzard will get in the FPS market someday.

I've lost roughly 17~ ranks so far. All past rank 15. All due to server crashes/getting disconnected.

All the servers can experience this.
If you're playing unranked, though you gain exp you will likely lose it all at some random point- you aren't supposed to be gaining experience from unranked matches.
Ranked matches are a difficult story all together. My group has successfully been playing them, but we've had more than our share of problems in getting the games going- including disconnects, server crashes, servers failing to load properly, the now notorious lobby issue.. etc etc.

Edit: Also, contacting support is borderline pointless. I worked for an outsource that was hired by EA for a brief period. They have no more information than any of us do. That's why you'll get different answers from different people. We just have to hope Crytek themselves issue a statement about whats going on with the PC servers, or we could be dead in the water. Heck, maybe they've already given up on the PC version like they did with Cry 1.
